The Health Center at Standifer Place has evolved into a unique, comprehensive facility. From assisted living to compassionate hospice care, HCSP provides options for successive stages of life and changing levels of ability. Residents have convenient access to services on the journey from assisted living to long-term care, all on one campus. Services include Alzheimer's care in a secured environment, on-site professional medical services, fall and wound prevention programs, therapeutic recreation, and a dedicated respiratory therapy wing. The rehabilitation department provides extensive physical, occupational and speech therapy. A multi-tiered staff of professionals provides comprehensive medical care. Licensed Physicians and Nurse practitioners are available on a full-time basis. Registered nurses, assisted by LPN's and CNA's are scheduled 24/7. The nutritional services department customizes dietary care plans to address specific health issues and to aid in recovery. Services
