Dave Boozer, Administrator of Daily Operations

Mr. Boozer has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2007.  Mr. Boozer earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Covenant College in 1990. He also earned his MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2000.

Katie Loveless, Director of Social Services

Katie Loveless joined Heath Center at Standifer Place in 2009.  She did her undergraduate at Lee University and  got her Masters in Social Work from University of Tennessee at Knoxville.  Katie has over 7 years experience in the long term care industry.

Nancy Daily, Assistant Director of Nursing

Ms. Daily joined the Health Center at Standifer Place in 2005.  She graduated from Concordia University in 1996 with her BA in Business Administration and is also a Registered Nurse since 1984.  Ms Daily brings with her many years of successful experience in different healthcare environments.

Dave Franklin, Director of Nursing

Mr. Franklin joined the Health Center at Standifer Place in 2000. He is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Nursing.  Mr. Franklin has more than 30 years of experience in the field of nursing, with over 20 years as a Director of Nursing and the remaining in an acute care setting.

Randall Menard, Food & Nutrition General Manager

Mr. Menard joined the Health Center at Standifer Place in 1999. He graduated from the University of South Western Louisiana with a BS in Hospitality Management.  He is also a CDM,CFPP and has more than 15 years of foodservice experience.

Kent Silvey, Director of Rehabilitative Services

Mr. Silvey joined the Health Center at Standifer Place in 2005. He graduated from Shorter College with a BS in Wellness and Recreation Management with an emphasis in therapeutic recreation and exercise therapy.  Mr. Silvey has more than 18 years experience directing and developing therapy and rehabilitative programs and services.

Natesha Stanley, Master's Level Office Manager

Ms. Stanley joined the Health Center at Standifer Place in 2004.  She is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA with a Masters in Business Administration.  She has over 8 years experience in the long-term care business.

John R. Strawn, Administrator

Mr. Strawn joined the Health Center at Standifer Place in 1999 and has more than 24 years experience as an Administrator. He is a graduate of MTSU with a BBA in Business Administration.

Ken Stonebrook, Director of Standifer Place Assistive Services

Mr. Stonebrook joined the Health Center at Standifer Place in 2009 and has been a licensed nursing home Administrator for over 15 years.  He graduated from Southern Adventist University with a BBA in Marketing, and a BS in Long-term Care Administration.  Ken runs the Home and Community Based Services for Standifer Place.

Brenda Williamson, Administrator of Assisted Living

Ms. Williamson joined the Health Center at Standifer Place in 2000, and has over 20 years of experience in health care. She has a B.S. in Long-Term Care Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
